Any ideas on the make of this guys and girls? Picked it up knowing it was nothing special but liked the twin oval downtube. Japan/taiwan  made I expect but would be nice to put a name to it?

just had a look and i havnt got them.


they are easy to design though, as i did them. the font is similar to black wolf, and the atom sign is lifted from a google clipart.
