i went to 4 different places and the cheapest i could find with the correctbase coat was £100 per litre

have you looked at mg nightfire red?
thats a standard colour and looks as good
as candy.

I paid £75 for 2 litres

1 litre base coat (bright metalic pink) & 1 litre  Red tinted lacure

guys,  not done candy colours yet but  2 litres of paint is way to much,  one litre of base would paint

4 bikes min same as the laquer,  don't be ripped of and ask for the unused paint

then sell it on

I've got a GT i'm looking to spray red but I can't work out what red to go for . So if it looks like a nice GT red I'll be interested

the guy who is spraying the frames for me recons you get what you pay for and its not worth skimping, i had to get 2 litres as i am doing 2 bikes in different colours one in candy red and one in candy blue i will post some pics in a couple of weeks

the painter is my pal, i had to buy the paint direct from candy, the smallest they sell in is 1litre tins i need candy apple red and candy apple blue hence 2 litres i will be offering to spray peoples frames to use the paint up when i have posted pics in a couple of weeks
