Coupla scanned photies from bitd
« on: July 01, 2007, 04:56 PM »
dug some out for a giggle

no footed endo......in the dim and distant past    :Great_Britain:

a show ticket   :D

tucked a much as I could tuck (dirt just aint what it used to be)    :4_17_5:

the obligtory - showing the lads at work what I could do by jumping out of a truck at lunch (nb. I use to cycle about 9 miles each way to work on that bike too....)   :uglystupid2:

and a little bit of 80s air. Homemade quarter pipe, some parts you lot would probably kill for now - and those raleigh coloured Haro trousers

on the last one we pinched the line from freestylin "the challenge here was to get as high as the fence, Dominguez went over it - can you beleive the guy" wrote it on the back of the fence and put my name on it...................

enjoy

oh, and if anybody is after an original Redline T piece allen key for the 401s (3/16th I think) let me know. Ive also got a polished DK stem (not really oldskool) and an original set of bolts for replacement skyway hubs - still in the bag.......

Andy Ruffell came to Eastbourne round about 84 and did a demo.

There was a new car on display that he jumped over. I wonder if it was the same tour.

Do you know what "nemesis" means? A righteous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropriate agent. Personified in this case by an 'orrible cnut... ME!

Nice pics. You gotta love a mk1 Pro Burner, arguably the only good burner (aero what?).

Crikey Alex, you getting all controversial all of a sudden?  Don't forget Povah rode for them, although I can't remember what bike he did ride when riding for them :LolLolLolLol:

Ive got a soft spot for the mk1 pro. I bought one off Beard last year for a friend of mine, and I dont really like the way that they are always overlooked in favor of the aero pros.

I think Povah rode an aero pro, cos he gave one to Ian Oz. Ian rode it for quite a while (its in a picture in Mid, from an Oxford comp) until the frame broke into to halves. I guess it was a race frame really.
