Im badly after some blue NOS or A1 condition Tech 3's or just a white left tech 3! I am struggling bad! I would get a silver set annod but ive heard you cant cos of the rivit?

I dont even mind just a blue left too. Its what i had on my old bike and its all i need to complete it. Pain in the ass!

i got a set mx 1000 in silver 84 stamp on them good con for £65 so sweet

Regarding the anodising of levers then you can because the rivett is made of alloy, this will anodise whatever colour your doing the lever.

The problem with calipers is that you can't anodise them if they have a QR mechanism attached because the anodising process will destroy the metal. Only alloy can be anodised. Now if you could get them re rivetted then you'd be sorted big time.
