I hope they ride as well as they look.  I just bought Bananaman's multi-coloured Assassin!

i found the front end a little heavy, great race bike n solid in the air but difficult to get lots of air on, then again it's a different world to an old school bike

Older shot of mine, now has chrome cranks and different pedals.

'97 Pro model, 1 1/8th headset, V brakes.

Agree that the front is heavy but they are rock solid stable.

I'm now the owner of the Banaman's old multi-coloured Assassin.  Just waiting for my Tuff wheels to arrive and it will be ready to roll at selected OS races.

It does feel heavy even without wheels, but that's probably a good thing on an OS/MS bike as it should be able to take a bit of hammer.

Why thank you, it will be getting raced this Sunday at Hersden.  I don't know the geometry I'm afraid.  Only thing that needs changing is the front tyre as it's only a 40psi jobby.

they came off the same jig as the ripper of the time, but these where built with landing gear tubing and a more quadesque back end, they are bomb proof and possiibly the most underated frame n forks ever, beauty, strength, pedigree, what more could you want? it was a crime that generallee had to let his go so cheap, everyone but the person who bought it missed out big time, these are fantastic

When would that be then?  If it's getting in the way I should be able to rustle up the necessary in the next month.
