soak it in diesel for a couple of days.

use a good quality15mm spanner on it, with a piece of scaffold pole over the end of the spanner.

lock the crank in the vice.

should shift it.

soak soak soak first though.

i have had one pedal that simply would not shift
the only bmx part that have ever beaten me
in the end it snapped leaving the threaded bit still in the crank

then pillar drill it after centre punching it.

drill till you approach the thread, use a saw blade to nick the remaining shaft then drift it out with a punch.

I got some crank arms off ebay the other week that had pedals on them. They were stuck fast, and Im sure thats why they were sold with the arms. I filled the "well" at the back of the crank arm pedal thread with WD40 over night and they came of fine the next day (putting the crank arms in a vice and using a long pedal spanner).
