Those are Zeronine drop outs, the MCS drop outs were the other way around i.e. brake stay tube longer than the chain stay tube and they came to a point.

Although it won't have tange forks on it if.......... as I suspect its a cruiser frame?

It is not on here but nonetheless it is a good start point of reference for drop outs, perhaps we should start one on here - admin???
