Got the above mentioned book for fathers day after some hinting like emailing links to the wife
only just started to read it, but worth a look just for the amazing pictures.
The book is called THE RIDE OF MY LIFE.

 was in one of those bargain bookstores at the weekend, and saw this in hardback. even although i already have a copy, i bought another.. new for 4 dollars each.

Amazing book. It made me the Hoffman nut I am now.

Brilliant, inspirational and a damn good read.

Rock'n' fkn Roll Alex! Passed my copy of Hoffmans book on to one of my roadie mates who couldnt put it down once he started reading it. Im just starting on Lance Armstrongs Bio....funny really 
Oh yeah forgot to mention to anyone who hasnt got a copy of Hoffmans book, I got my  hard back copy off ebay for a fiver. You just have to keep an eye out for them popping up now and then.

Hoffmans auto biography is the only book i have ever read from start to finish ,not really a book person ,but that got me hooked....well worth getting ,amazing read.

I've got the book but haven't read it yet. I'm finishing up reading American Psycho again (again).  Good book that.

Did I mention I have a personal copy signed by the great man himself and inscribed "To the Humphrey family" which he sent me from the States a few years ago.  Inspirational book and a great read - I'm not one for reading books but found time for this one.  Have a spare copy knocking around somewhere too so maybe should shove it on the Bay sometime.  Humps
