I hear what everyone says about the lid, in my defence, I went there to snap a few riders jumping and didnt intend to ride, as no one had turned up I decided to have a couple of jumps, I wont be doing it again. I am still in pain with the broke ribs and smashed up chin and my third knee cap.

Was only going to take pics; but you took your bike. Bike and helmet should travel as one.

Although your not the only one with a 3rd knee, Cazbo was trying to copy me an Harrison jumping off the pedals and back on again and slipped a pedal straight to the shin, when the bruise comes out I reckon it might read PRIMO.

She will probably try and milk it for all its worth. BUT I hobbled round LEGOLAND the day after my crash at Hayes so I'm sure she will be able to push a hoover round the house, its only a small house afterall

Well the injury wasn't as bad as first thought - it did swell up like an egg at the time but has now just gone red with a bit of a bruise - hurt like hell at the time though - do not know what I was thinking trying to copy them

I hope you have learnt your lesson Ratty - fancy not wearing a lid
