I'm pleased to say mine have arrived - from Ginny. So there will be at least 1 'custom colour' Streetbeat built in the new year (if not 2 or maybe 3)  :)

I've just decided what colour mine is going to be and I'm well chuffed with it. I think you'll all like it.

I noticed on the other site they were going to have a street beat build contest. How about we have one as well.

Any one up for it.

I'm in the contest on 'the other site'.

If we were doing one also, I'd be up for that as well.

I think we should just set a deadline and say all streetbeats must be completed by say the end of march or april and just see what people come up with.
Then throw it out to all the members to vote for their favorite. Just as a bit of fun really rather than winning a prize.
What do you reckon.
I'm actually getting excited about building my streetbeat now (when I get it).

I'll have at least 1 done by then, maybe 2.

Put up a seperate post and see if anyone else is interested - it'll be a bit pointless if it's just me & thee ;D

I get 'excited' about all my builds, the only problem is how long some of them take to collect the right parts.

I've got another build that I have everything for, but I've lost the headset....and it's a gold Hatta so it's not like I can go out and get another >:(

Not exactly a rapid delivery is it.

That's why I put an end of march for the building contest so I stood a chance of getting the frame in time.

Ordered some Orange skyways off him as well.

They is so cheap I would be mad to miss out on one of these.

Maybe then its better to have a streetbeat delivery competition. The person who gets  delivery of their streatbeat before March wins!!, and we can post pictures of the Fedex boxes ;)
