Old school 1" pre 1990 frames and top tube length's above 19.5"

My daily rider is an S&m Holmes

After riding Cruiser for 10 years i finally decided I wanted to go back to 20".

I rememberd back in the day when my BMX mates were ravin about this new frame called the Holmes. Always loved the look of the frame so bought one last year and built it up and took it down my local track (Bulwell Nottm).

The Holmes was sweet, the sweetest bike I have ever ridden. It has a flow and stability in the air much like the 24" I had been riding for 10 years so made going back to 20" really easy. Did my first wall ride on a 20" for 10 years first time as well.

If you can get hold of one of the early one's you'll be able to ride it in the old skool class. Build it with light parts though,frame ways abpot 6.5 pounds.

I used to race a Robinson Pro XL which is 20.5 on the top tube. Handled like a dream, probably still does but it’s chucked in the back of the shed where it’s been for the last 10 years.
