not sure about OSSS but hersden is fairly laid back on the rules and regs
generally its about the spirit of the thing
& sometimes mixing classes cause it if one class is short of riders they get bumped

but dave knows he needs an OS bike now
think the 50 quiet words in his ear helped  :)

think the pics and vids capture how much of laff it was
but it went up a huge notch when the hersden boys locked out the A final

thus meaning Hersden is 2 - 0 up
go the zippster  >:D

(kev runs for cover)
cheers Kev

Oh Kev, what with Zippy and now you, God help you all at Daggers >:D

The OSSS rules require OS bikes, but Dave didnt have an OS ride nor did Nikki after she managed to break her one (probably one too many berm tangles!!) we could disqualify webdawg from the OS points but I wouldnt wanna be the one to do it!!! and risk racing against her afterwards

Thing is, if we dont have the rules in place, it just wont be Old School, and then you gotta ask whats the point??

2-0 Kev, and nearly deserved as well! The open race at the end with the best 2 from each was the real result, with Si in first and Sam in second, No one could argue with that result :daumenhoch:

Yup, fair play to the Hersden boys. In the semi and the A Vs B dust up they were quicker on the day than me, plain and simple.
Tomorrow is another day however.  :knuppel2:

I'm really looking forward to racing you guy's on a far more regular basis pretty soon. It's looking like I can make Daggers, MK and then Hersden again. It'll give you guy's plenty of chances to beat me. Here's to some great close racing ahead. :daumenhoch:

On a seperate note I did build a bike forDave to use in old school but then I lent it to John (Nick's mate) so that he could take part in the racing. He did really well considering he'd nevr raced a bmx before.

here's a picture of him on the start gate, number 34x.
