I went training yesterday at Dagenham, its the first time I actually took part in the whole session and I am totally fooked. There was 7 OSSS07 riders there yesterday, and with one of the Olympic coaches "CK" and an England squad rider as well the action was hotter than most races. The training only costs £2 and if you can make it down to DAGGERS you will love it, well apart from the press ups

stomach and back are killin me, chest sore but poss it's a boob lift without the surgery so it's all good
