A lot of hard work went into the track before the Nat, it was mint before the rain came down.

A lot of people would have still raced but it was a BCF decision not the clubs.

Harsh words peep.

Too harsh, it is a great track and a lot of effort went into making the national happen in the first place and no matter what you say NO club can be held responsible for the shite UK weather  :daumenhoch:.

Wayne, this post has really p1ssed me off, you turned up to race and because of the weather you couldn't race.
Did you give a second to think about the work that goes into organizing a race on this scale? The people who volunteered to work at the track, Comments like this are immature and unnecessary. I suggest you re-think what you said and apologize to everyone who bothers to help, and makes events like this happen, without them, there would be no racing. :tickedoff:

I like bournmouth track. I still bear the scars from the concrete berms though.

mind you the race did involve Orb, looptail rippers, 6 cans of stella, a 2am start, and torches.

Thats always gonna end in trouble.

Unless you are in contact with the guys in the clouds, there was no way that track was racable this weekend, no mere mortals could be responsible for it.
I know its gutting, but 'THATS LIFE' said Esther

I Was involved in some of the working weekends and evenings on the track,  thanks for the words of support and putting this guy (or girl) in their place, believe we were just as gutted as anyone that it was cancelled, especially when we were still clearing litter up on Monday evening :'(.
The local papers say we had 1 and half times the average rainfall for the whole of may in 5 hours on Sunday... only Olympia, the NEC or Earls court could have coped. .Thanks too the guys who came down to lend a hand on the day. :daumenhoch:

Easy to find who he is by clicking on the login name and checking the e-mail address which shows a name.  Check BMX East for the riders in 13-14 Expert et voila.  A royston rider I believe!! Humps
