S&M Neal Wood finished
« on: May 14, 2007, 06:34 PM »
I have been riding this for the last couple of weeks with a mix of parts from my parts bin but finally got round to putting the bits I really wanted on it  :smitten:
Just waiting for my Challenger stem to come back from the anodisers now to raise the bars a little bit.

Nicked Darkersomeday's idea for this shot (sorry Joe  :-[ )

Bike in action (thanks Andy for this shot  :daumenhoch: )

Hope you like?

 :) DINGO :)

That looks way nice, propper clean and simple.

I was just saying to someone today, if I had my way, all my bikes would have all black parts and painted frames (not always, but usually black). There is still a bit of chrome and silver on there that could do with coming off (bars, seatclamp and chainring). I hope the new bars are black.

Really nice build. Cant wait to see it for real, maybe even take it for a spin?

Thanks for the comments guys  :smitten:
Alex, I have a black S&M XLT seat clamp here and the bars are black too, I want an S&M littleman sprocket in 36t in black before I put them on though, wheels will remain chrome  :coolsmiley:
Alfie, I do love my Quads but I needed a bike I can just chuck in my van and take to work with me (to go riding straight after) and not worry about.
 :) DINGO :)

Black bars, seat clamp and chainring and that bike will be kicking it! Sure, chrome rims. That goes without saying.

Are you OK to get an S&M sprocket? Ive no idea if they are easy to get hold of. Let me know if you need any help with it.

Alex

You've built another beauty there Dingo. :4_17_5:

Is that Jay Kennings old f&f?? If so I've had some good battles against that bike.

Here is that chainring Ive got. Its not all that nice, and its not very light and its got a 19mm hole through it. Its S&M, its 36t, its black, and its yours if you want it. Im guessing you wont want the bolt on goatee.
