Paul, you wont do any better than getting over to your local club, and watching their training or pop down to an OSS race,
aerostylieall i can say is race as much as you canand ride the bike you race as much as you canno more trade secrets sorry
practice 100 yards sprints from a standing start , keep relaxed and for fook sake move your torso, your arms are just as important as your legs when sprinting on a bmx. I have seen a few old school racers lately and they dont seem to be as one with there bike if you no what i mean? kind of all legs with stiff back and arms and it just looks arkward. just relax. I have tried to explain what i mean but unsure if it makes sense.

Priv, you need to practice against riders a bit better than you, otherwise you never improve.
Oh Priv, you need to come and find us lot one Sunday, Im sure you will have a bit of a battle then, even 796 will give you hard time
