Round 5 of the best Old School Series touches down at Hersden in Kent on Saturday 9th June 2007.
This will be a revenge visit after the local riders took the first 3 places in the A final last time round.
OSS riders please pre-register on TKs thread.

I personally cant wait till the race, the best little track around, certainly suited for us Old farts and our old iron

Come on guys, lets top the 33 riders who showed up last time and have a real blast. Zipps we are coming for ya

Still not sure if I'm a starter. Saw Spillers#1 last night over the Heath with his hand out of plaster and getting to grips with the bars again. And he's lining a mate up as his 'minder' in a first time appearance so be very, very scared, he means business!! The track is open all the time these days but next Wednesday I think the gate will be out so a chance for some practice. oooh humps what do ya mean secrect practice......i've really only done 1 round all the others have done 4-5 rounds and getting in some practice so bog off

I'm climbing the walls at the moment.

I need to go out tomorrow and buy some new trainers as i've started running so that I can last longer and faster on the big tracks ready for the winter series.

I spent 3 hours at a training session with one of the BCF olympic bmx team coaches, talk about fooked. Training consisted of about 15 races, after each race, press ups star jumps etc. If I stay training and dont die of a heart attack, you Hersden boys are gonna be running for cover

The healthy eating is begining to work as well as I'm down to 12 1/2 stone now which is 1 stone down on the last race at Hersden last year. That's a bit better for the power to weight ratio.
