Looks like a Kuwahara KZ 1 or KZ 2 to me.

it looks a lot like a kuwahara kz 1 or 2 to me and all

not sure on the forks
but they do look kuwi ish

Well it's definetely a Tange made frame and with that gussett I would have to concur with the above.

One of the mates has a White one bitd with Gold alloy Parts...looked awesome and weighed nothing
