duplicate the layer the cut out the frame so you have just the frame on one layer and whole image on the background then alter the hue of the frame layer, the rest of the image will remain intact when you change the colour of the frame.

Man cant beleive my luck i scored a nos rear dia compe brake cable and full set of odeyssey giro cables in the all important white thought this would be a mother of a find but no ;)

I know it's not the same thing.But here's my thrasher for bones..I might paint it up one day..Got it off the bay a few weeks ago for £120..I kinthought that was a good price..Took the coaster tuff off though as it was my first ime on ramps last week in 18 years so the coaster had to go..g]
oh and yep I know it's a 90's one.. :D
