Bored at work so i started to play
« on: May 09, 2007, 03:20 PM »
Got shot of the useless caliper front brake and fitted this 990 and plate which i got off Alex (cheers mate top notch!!) it was a little fiddly to set up but not too bad.........a marked inprovement on the caliper.  Sticks like poo to a blankie!  :daumenhoch:

I'm going to get a knife and tidy up the inner tube i used to try and stop my forks from scratching too much.....but untill i can afford some nice new white forks with lugs on, this will do nicely!  :daumenhoch:

It looks like you have set that up great, nice one. You could still maybe loose a little length off the outer cable (and the inner, ha ha) but that all looks perfect.

Cheers mate.....you have to do the best job you can when you're at work and only have a few tools  :LolLolLolLol:

I keep my DK and MCS at work as i only have a 1 bed flat and the Mrs hates the bikes indoors  >:( so all i've got at home is the Street beat in the airing cupboard!  :LolLolLolLol:

The boss keeps saying to me......."when are you going to cleen this desk up?"

Stock response is......"tomorrow boss"  :2funny:
