SR cranks well stuck !!

hi chaps,

i'm having some trouble removing a set of SR 3 piece cranks, there well stuck but i dont want to damage them,

any ideas?

yeah i thought there might be some kind of removal tool, but i would like to remove them tonight

i have tried the 2x1 + mallet, but the timber keeps shatering which ive never had before,

halfords do a tool, i have one

cool there is a halfords local to me, around what sort of money was it moza

Take the bike with you and get Halfords to remove it for you

They do mate, all Halfords now have a "Bikehut" section which has a workshop.

hot water on crank arm
then tap with wood

i use a shimano one key crank puller thingy, unless the spindle has a threded sticky out bit, then i just get pissed off and take it to my dealer

as the arm will expand
and pop off lol
