Schwinn XS ENF

Is it worth building up my 96 Schwinn XS ENF? I believe there was only 3 in the country and only 2 with the extruded bottom bracket (though I could be wrong). I let Scott Edgeworth have a go on mine at the Leicester National and didn't get it back for an hour! Needless to say, he got Dale to get him one off Brian Foster.
The chrome on the UKAI rims is flaking, can they be re-chromed?
The TNT Revolvers are in good nick, though I think one of the bearings is shot in the rear hub...can I get replacements?
And what was with the fashion for cutting down bars? I dug out the old Xposure Unleaded race bars and can't believe how narrow I ran them!

I also have an S&M RV...one of the earlier frames. 21" tt though needs a respray. I'm looking to sell this frame.
Will be taking it to the Cheddar National this weekend.
