Cheers Dordy, could you have a check for me as I can only find the micro side flipflop in 13t, ideally I want a 14 or 15 tooth to fit a regular screw on hub  :daumenhoch:

I don't think you can go down to 13 on a regular hub, if you could I'd be all over one because none of my wheels are cassettes or flipflops. And because I bought a 36-tooth sprocket last year thinking I'd sort something out later down the line. It's a bit dusty these days...
ACS make a 15, I think that's as low as it goes. Alans have or have had them, but I was warned off buying one by a guy at Rom (name forgotten, rode Skyway new-school Graphites). Said they weren't very good.
Even Alans said they're better suited to smoother riders, which makes me think they're probably unreliable.

I asked this a while back and was reliably informed that 16 was as low as it goes.

Dave - I'm probably wrong, but I'm pretty sure that you'll find the thread on that hub is the small size like on the 'other' side of a filp-flop hub. They're compatible with 14t & 13t freewheels and the 'regular' size threads ar compatible with 15t upwards.

I couldn't comment on if the 15t ones are any good, I've never used one :-X

TBH I didn't realise you could buy hubs with just the '14t thread' in a non-flip-flop style  :LolLolLolLol:

I'm just looking now to see if I can find any, wouldn't mind a set myself  :daumenhoch:

16 tooth is the lowest you can go with a regular size hub. even a 15 tooth needs the smaller thread. dave that dk hub is definitely the mini thread hub (the small size of a flip flop hub). There was some talk in ride a few years ago about a company called AC that made 14 tooth and 15 tooth that fit onto the normal size hub and used a euro bb extraction tool to fit it. I believe custum riders where selling them

Thats if anybody`s got one in stock Marty, when I tried to get one a while back no one had any in stock because every one that had been sold had been returned broken  :(

I have an AC Racing 888 15tooth freewheel for standard hubs, it's not broken but I can't say that I liked it either.  I no longer use it.

I am the person that Wayne.Rider mentioned in his post earlier.'

As previously stated;  ACS is the one, but I was told in no uncertain terms thst it wasn't strong at all. Should be fine for a nipper though  :)
