Training day at Daggers 28/4/07

I spent a very relaxed 3 hours at Daggers today, I met Mike who owns Dialled bikes (great bloke), CK the British Cycling Coach to name a couple. We had one of the England squad riders there as well!! CK The coach is a quality trainer and really put the riders through their paces!
If your within driving distance of Daggers on a Saturday we train between 1pm and 3pm, and I have to say you will notice a difference in your racing.

No Mate, I got a go on a titanium framed Dialled bikes 24", and the 20" cro mo dialled thanks to Mike. Wow I actually felt comfortable on a Nu skool today, still very different to the old skool though!!
The JP might come out to play soon though, I have been using it on midweek training rides and tbh I am liking it lots, although that Dialled is something very special

One I forgot, Golden Duck, I did feel a bit sorry for him, he reminds me of Vinoah, dunno why
