Halfords do a crank puller for about £12. I used it to get my 400s off which are on ebay now. It's worth the investment to get them off without damaging them.

 ;D I tried to bunny hop a metal barrier at 30 mph in the dark pi$$ed up. It didn't work, I dislocated my shoulder and am still deaf in my left ear from perforating it. Luckily the kuwy was unharmed!!!!

Didn't even pop the inner tube or damage the tyres  :o
Thought it best just to say I hit a kerb on the bay, no need to describe exactly how much of a pratt I am  ;) ;D
