There actually was a guy there yesterday with one leg, did any one else see him? He had a fake leg from below the knee and a fake foot with a normal shoe on. I think he was racing, but I didnt see him riding.

There is a skater guy who has a fake leg like that and he rules. Kick flips over big gaps using the fake foot and everything!

Some people just dont let things stop them (and I include you in that Dan! You were cycling all around the place yesterday!)

Apparently just before I joined Mountain beach as a mtb guide there was a guest with one leg who did every ride and out rode a lot of people and in the US there is a one legged kid who rides clipped in with one foot and a bungy from his hip to the pedal on the other, makes you feel VERY humble stuff like that
 :) DINGO :)

Great pictures guys - good to see so many old school dudes hanging out.

You should do a bunny hop comp at your next meet?

That is such a cool pic. Apart from is showing that Ratty can get out of the gate faster than anyone else, you can also see his redline, the Hutch and also the PK Ripper decals in the far gate. No chainless show only bikes there, even tho they were all worthy of it.

Good to meet more of you chaps yesterday. Looking forward to Hersden, hope the week at work doesn't drag.

Dingo you look like a proper warrior in that gear. Bloody scary.

Alex I almost pissed myself with excitement in one moto when I couldn't spot you so thought you'd crashed but then you landed again from about 20ft up in the friggin air.

From the look of that gate pic I need to work on the snap a bit.

I spent a day at Daggers last week practicing gates and have got them together a bit, still nothing like the elite boys, they rock!!

If any of you want to go to a gate practice, hook up with your nearest club, well worth the effort! It takes a while to loose the fear of hitting the gate!
Thanks for the comments guys, I just need to get fit, then lets see if the dvd men can catch me :2funny:

Oh Dingo, I think this ones better!!!

Great day fella's,agree with Russ about those gates Ratty, holeshot virtually everytime, did piss myself laughing in one race, you'd built up a pretty healthy lead until the triples on the back staright where you went all over the place, went down to 3rd by the next berm, then down to 4th(last) by the last berm, was funny watching mate....sorry :2funny: :2funny: :2funny:
Great racing though.........loved every minute of it!!!!!!!!!!!
Top bikes, top blokes....until the next time!!!!!
