i think new skool rides look shite canny beat the lines of a gt pro or redline  ffs if you drop a freshly restored ride and chip the paint so wot then its a rider like i was meant to be my prostyler cost me a fricken fourtune to build and is currently layed in the back of my work van ready to rip up to the shops and maybee do a skid at the end of the road  >:D :D cant comment on how the new skoll ones ride as i cant ride an old skool proper yet lol  :-[

I know im getting boring ,but then was then now is now  :daumenhoch: bmx has evolved over the years ,the chrome shinny days have gone its all black and extreme these days ,BUT its al bmx  :daumenhoch: I love them all  :daumenhoch:

i have, not keen, too heavy ! but maybe i'm just a miserable git and carrying too much excess weight myself.

it's the bland colours I don't like, too oppressive ! I like some of the mid schoolers, esp. those Standard frames..

i have to say i like riding old skool more than new school dont like the way the new ones

are set out,i geuss if i had one and rode it for awhile i would get used to it but i

like to stick with what i know  :daumenhoch:

Im a bit confused there. NS bikes are WAY lighter than the tanks of the 90s. Also, NS bikes are in more colours than any bike from the 80s. Just look on the fly or oddy web site and see all the horrid stuff they are doing now.

I can only speak for myself but I got back into BMX in November last year.It was after we has broadband installed and I just started surfing and found all this stuff on ebay, then found you lot. It seems to have become a small obsession. Its old school for me because it takes me back to something I loved when I was young, It was probably the best time of my life (Wife and kids aside of course) At the end of the day its horses for courses. Enjoy what you enjoy.  :daumenhoch:

No probs mate. Its just that Newest New school is all about the most stupid light bikes in crazy colours. Im sure strength will come back "in" again some time
