My leg after my last ride.

Went riding with alex leech and a bunch of others a few weeks back -= had fun, had drink - did this  to my leg-

Its better now and ive just built up my second LAF to leave at my parents house so i dont have to load up a bike top take their once our baby s born in may!

ouch  i slammed down yesterday ,i was just messing around down the park with my daughter ,and then splat  right on my knee  it hurts today  we aint as young as we once was
