just found mt racing silver fox on bmx museum but rear dropouts are different
any more ideas or explanations

I'd say Schwinn, the dropouts look right and they had frames supported by that under gusset (

) thingy dunno what year or model though $:-\$

g 0783 on right dropout surgests july 1983 to me the frame has serial number on other rear dropout
