You'll notice the main tubing will polish easily using Autosol. The tricky areas were softened with Nitromors and picked at with a sharp knife before polishing by hand and with a DremmelThe whole process took some time but the end result was defo worth the extra effort Steve

Can I also ask...I see that he had to remove the original decals...and used a repop set afterwards. Is it safe to say that the decals cannot be salvaged at all from the frame? I haven't had much time to give it a try yet...but I'm hoping there is a way to save them. (heat gun...?) ~Tom
That is a gorgeous machine you've got there mate a mate of mine down in portsmouth has his old one from BITD hanging up in his workshop...........when i quized him about it he said i can have it it i want it!! he's into MTBs and says it just gets in the his way! He aslo says he's got all the bits from it somewhere at home!!Hmmmmmmmmm feel a tad guilty though just taking it all
