Good call Bret. I emailed him this morning to inquire. If they are Hutch bars, they are probably Pro Raider "Expert" sized bars. They are NOT Hutch Pro Racer bars, as stated in the description. That seller is also selling a gold plated (ha ha ha) Hutch seat post that is most likely not a Hutch post at all, or a Hi Caliper one (like 302zapper), based on the bend.

Not 100% sure,but I believe this same seller was on ebay peddling fake gold Aerospeeds a while back...a$$

Ha Ha Ha! I remember that auction and he was the same seller. He probably bought the bottom bracket from Biagio. The only thing that he was missing were 302zapper's real NOS lawn furniture end caps. Ooops...I mean real NOS Hutch Aerospeed dust caps that he found in a box.

I can't confirm it Joe. I will say this though. I have never seen or known of anyone that has one of those black Hutch discs that doesn't match the fakes. I'm confident that Hutch made black, but have never seen a real one or one in the package. That gold Hutch Pro Star abomination is an embarrassment in my opinion and a waste of tacky gold plating. Its interesting that some people would think that is a cool Hutch. Sometimes, people have to agree to disagree...

Ok, I dont know anything about Hutch products really, so I can't comment on the product, I only collect the decent stuff LOL

But i do know the seller and from every interaction I have with him, I can tell you he has been a genuine guy that comes across well, so if there is a problem with the l;isting, I don't belive it would be intentional ?

Thats all I have to say on the matter !!

the bars in ? are Hutch Bad bars which have the cross bar that is set lower down in the bars.

i've been hooked up with some good parts from us guys over on the vintagebmx board
there's always a few bad apples (on both side of the pond)
best to ignore them and work together with the good guys - there are more of them thats for sure.
