nice vid. but how much crap is on there. i never went jogging to keep my fitness up. you kept fit by riding your bike.
also, watching yourself on video and making notes about where you were going wrong?

fair enough watching yourself, but WTF would you write in your notes. "Must remember to not put my foot down whilst doing a framewhip. Also must make sure the frame spins 360 degrees"
