good day had by all 22 riders  biggest field there      well done the old boys with the old toys   

we were all winners today

The crowd yesterday was amazing, we had an amazing day, and even better racing, I cant wait for the rest of the series to unfold.
Some of the guys who raced yesterday are bloody quick, Martin, gary and Paul will be a hard act to beat.

Really enjoyed the racing,just like the old days :daumenhoch:i ended up in casualty last night after my moto 1 crash.......i've got a torn ligament in my thumb and its broken as well :-[got to go to hospital tuesday for an operation to refix broken bone...........AND I STILL MADE THE FNAL!

Wicked photos of a really great day.  Yesterday was the best days racing so far.  The sun came out, there were three old school gates and Braintree had a lovely new smooth surface on it.  You cant ask for much more than that.   I was soooo gutted to have crashed out in the final.  Everyone was having it and wanted to win.  I had had a bit of a battle with "Jason" Te Harve in the second moto, and in the final we had another coming together round the first berm and I ended up eating dirt Good job I had my new lid.  I couldnt believe my luck when Quad Paul also stacked in the final so I didnt come last .
Well done Ratty, Tony 796 and Sam Nishiki14 for arranging the summer series, roll on round 2
