Tuff dates

Described as NOS (New Old Stock) but they look to be current Tuffs , is there a way of dating recent ones ?

Old Stock is as it says , not recent stock

these are the new new type.  if they are sealed they aint that old, the blues where made last year i think.

the old ones didnt have sealed hubs....they are the re-run blues done last year

on the older plastic hub tuffs thete is a kite mark (or something) on the spokes and on the newer ones its on the rim, or is it the other way round

Yep, definately the new ones made last year.

I had some of them on that Haro I built, the blue is perfect...but Pete has got them now for a rider...

they be new and not that cheap !

you can decent pair of metal hubbed ones for that, the sealed Tuff's do run smoothly though, a must for a rider IMO....

It would be very interesting to know the dates that each type of Skyway were introduced, starting with the Tuff 1's

non sealed bearings though.
