profile axle/sprocket adapter

Right, I need one  for a 19mm axle to fit a 22mm imperial sprocket (request in wanted) can you buy them if no one on here has one, if so where. Help always appreciated

right see if ure bars fit in the hole of said sprocket
if ok fit trim the end off as ive done it b4 lol
works and get a nice snug fit
i have used an old pair of bars and may even have the bit left if ya need it

Just tried a bit of seatpost, it still wobbles, about 1mm of play, I must have a 23/34mm hole in me sprocket
