nice vid.  but how much crap is on there. i never went jogging to keep my fitness up. you kept fit by riding your bike.

also, watching yourself on video and making notes about where you were going wrong?  :wtf:  fair enough watching yourself, but WTF would you write in your notes. "Must remember to not put my foot down whilst doing a framewhip.  Also must make sure the frame spins 360 degrees"
