so how did you do miles?

I won a cuple of moto's. I felt good but got caught on the inside of the first berm in the final (it was very soft), good result though.

I won the proudest Dad comp though!!!

thank roonga for the lift there
and quadpaul for the lift back
There's the flaw in Steve's riding folks.  All we've got to do is bribe the two Paul's not to bring him to meetings and someone else might stand a chance.  Now Steve if you could do the same at Hersden against Zippy and Mr Rusty you'd be a mega-star!!   ;D Humps

just to boost his ego some more, you are getting quicker vinoa just need to go over the flat bit of the gate in the final :LolLolLolLol:
i think if you got a good start you would have had a clean sheet, that should be enough to stop his helmet from fitting next sunday.
think i'll stick to the masters from now on.

I got stuck doing the bloody decorating and couldn't get over there in the end, why does decorating take far longer than you imagine and why does the missus always find something else to do, like putting pictures up, new shelves and stuff  :tickedoff:

You'd need one of those darkside ns bikes Steve, and you'd have to go to gates and get serious amouts of track time in, but you could do it for sure.

Old school races should be run at every regional, it's a good way for riders to get back into it. Get used to the tracks, get the hang of things and start to feel at home with it all. That way you dont feel throw in at the deepend with the 'experts'. As long as the riders turn up in the South the class will be run you can be sure of that..

Quality day yesterday, It felt like meetings used to the 80's, the track edge lined with supporters, fantastic close racing all day in all age groups / clasess & Even carnage in the Dad's race Quality  :4_17_5:

Also meeting was run very smoothly by the HAWKS, so big up to all those that make the meetings happen.

Steve, how much you paid everyone to write the reviews  :LolLolLolLol:

What's with you BAD boys getting sunburn??  Must be the reflection off those orange race tops!!  I spent most of the day in a T shirt (East Kent BMX T shirt by the way) and the sun barely touched me.  Maybe you Essex boys have fair skin!!  Humps   >:D
