Mongoose Cali - Ally or Steel Pro class?.

I'm in the middle of a Cali re-build and have been offered some steel Pro class wheels for it, I thought that it came with ally ones as standard.


Advise please.

The cheaper models (as above) had them including the Expert,The Cali should have Alloy.

 How much do you want to pay for a pair?

To be honest, I've no idea. Race bikes normally are'nt my thing, this one takes me back to when a mate of mine had one, he used to abuse it and eventually had it nicked, I always said that I wanted to own a Haro Sport and a Cali. One down one to go.

anything upto £110 depending on condition i think. i have a Nos set ,Nos set of rims and an excellent condition used set.

hi mate id say rims only good nick 25.00 or very good 40 ish mint 55/60 ish  built up 40/50 very good 80 ish and mint 110 ish this is for the alloy ones .ive never has the steel ones

alloy for a cali  , my grand prix had steel nice in chrome though
