Just thinking, would it be good to have a temporary area just for all the MK related threads which can be deleted after the 'do'. It could contain the general details and directions, t-shirt threads and any threads for people asking for lifts etc. Just all stuff MK related that poeple can go in to find info about the event.
I guess after the 'do' it could stick around for a couple of months and have everyone's pics in there.
