The guy is a twat 'i got a magazine of him for £3 but i didnt notice that he only uses paypal 'ok my fault ' but i said i was sorry but i would send out asap cash (£3)  but he said no then funmonster said he would pay it for me (good man)  but he still said no  funmonster sent him a message saying he would pat straight away 'but he still said no ? basically he wanted more money and i was lucky to get it for less 'so now he is relisting it and not selling to me 'one word twat  avoid like the plague

Report him to eBay - he sold it to you and under the t's & c's can't relist.  Leave him sh1tty feedback on the very last day (60 days?).  twat  .

i've just checked what he's selling... he's got a few magazines for sale. postage is £1.50, but he quotes this.

"this item is listed as a single item combining postage with other items is not an option ."

if he wouldn't charge less for postage if you bought more than one, i would insist that he posted each one seperately....

I've bought 8 magazines off him recently. 6 last week and 2 this week and as he says he won't combine postage so last week 6 envelopes popped through the door. I think he originally listed a load of his mags a few weeks ago with £2 starting price + £2 postage. As there were quite a few I wanted I sent him a message asking if he would combine postage and he replied "sorry, but no". So I didn't bid. He then re-listed them with the new prices.

I've got to admit that combined postage would be better but I paid on average £3.40 per magazine inc postage, they've all been in good condition and got here fast. I can't complain at that to be honest. It does sound like he's being unreasonable with regards to not accepting payment from someone on your behalf though.
