Removing powdercoating

What's the best way of removing powdercoating?

While answering this Dan, if I wanted to do a frame thats been powdered, does the old powder have to come off?

paint stripper but takes forever
and dan has a smallish dip tank to strip the stuff

dip then a very light blow over with a not to abrasive media , walnut shell is sposed to work well without damaging metal

blimey  i feel like a school teacher,  ok to answer one question a time.

first jim,   chemical strip or sand blast,  both around 10 pounds on mates rates

ratty,  yes you can powder over powder.  the only way to get a good finish is to

coat the frame hot,  i done brownies race inc last friday and wasn't happy with

the first coat because the rear end was pitted so recoated it,  therefore

powder on powder   also romblokes,  oldsky, my own frame and a few more

members have had two coats 

back to jim.  does it need stripping

Dan, got a project I am thinking of taking on and just doing some research first.

It will need stripping of dodgy black powdercoat, before re-powdercoating.

Also, on a different project, the grey for my Diamond Back will be like a shiney primer grey (hint of blue), do you have anything like that? This is a deffo re-powder. When it finally turns up anyway.
