hi guys , not sure if theres a piece in here about this ..how do i get the bb  cups out of a frame ??....please can someone fix it for me jim ..... ???

i use a long punch   put it in the top of the headstock and down to the edge of the bottom cup
then with a hammer knock it out go around the edge 12 oclock  3 6 and 9 oclock tapping in different places.
then turn the frame over and knock that out the same.

Yeah i have the Deluxe 8 inch length of Broom handle and lump hammer tool already for removal  ;D
