Im no DB man but I'll start with a few things I think.

Viper has smaller headtube gussett that might have 2 instead of 3 tack welds on it

SS has a stupidly layed back seat angle

How that for a start? I might be wrong so please correct if so

I've looked at a few early DB Vipers and Silver Streaks in the museum and the frames look the same (gussets and seat angles).

Is it full and part chromoly or larger tube diameters?

Someone must know for definite.

jim

i recall the silver streak being trimoly (front end only)

but to be 1000% sure give ken aka db old school a shout

as for the viper, has regular size diamond cut out

f/f high tensile through out, plus a tad smaller than the silverstreak, budget priced at £140

the pacer 500 and formula one ,had the smaller cut out diamond to gusset
