Getting involved with your local Track / club
« on: April 28, 2007, 07:12 PM »
Do you know your nearset track and club? Have you ever wondered if they need any help?

My closest Track at Daggers is a very new club, I enjoyed going over there and racing or practicing, recently I was asked to join the committee, Time is precious to me as it is to most people these days but I agreed to get involved. I dont think many people realise how much work goes into running a club,I know I didnt. Huge respect to anyone who does make the effort and get involved.  :4_17_5:

Im going to post some pics up of a training day held at Dagenham Today on a seperate thread. :daumenhoch:
A long time ago, in a land far away!
