Do you know your nearset track and club? Have you ever wondered if they need any help?
My closest Track at Daggers is a very new club, I enjoyed going over there and racing or practicing, recently I was asked to join the committee, Time is precious to me as it is to most people these days but I agreed to get involved. I dont think many people realise how much work goes into running a club,I know I didnt. Huge respect to anyone who does make the effort and get involved.
