One for the Flight Crank buffs

I have two pairs of dual pinch Redline Flights.

One has a US BB and one has a Euro BB, now I thought it would be simple enough to swap the arms as one set are nicer than the other so I want to use those on a build and the other on a rider.  However, it seems that the splines are different so I can't swap them over. So, I thought I'll swap the axles however it appears that the US BB has a slightly smaller diameter axle to the Euro one so the Euro axle won't fit the US BB (too tight) and vice-versa (too loose)  ???.

Anyone else had this problem and how can I resolve it?  Can I get different sized bearings to fit the axles so I can swap them over?

Am I stuck with putting minty mint ones on a rider and not so minty mint ones on my build that is never likely to be ridden much at all?

The splines are definitely different  :tickedoff:

I'm thinking I could turn down the axle from the Euro BB (minty arms) to 19mm or replace the bearings with 20mm ones (my preference) and hopefully use the BB on my new school ride but with the 19mm flight axle.  Is 19mm the standard size on today's new school rides or does it vary by make?

Cheers bru, there's a bearing shop near me so I'll give them a try, might even be able to some 19mm ones for the Redline Euro BB so could use that on my new school  :daumenhoch:
