popped me spine cherry today

its a local one, its only about 2 and half foot,     but still scary as fcuk, did a few times tho and if the weathers fine again tomorrow

we didnt have spines bitd,  it amazes me how the bike gets over it       

gonna try and work up  a little bit each time    with the one at charlton as my goal and the volcano at rom   

if you aint never tried one, give it a go it gets the blood pumping for sure

flaz  he's ok but still in pain   thought he'd cracked a rib but looks like just a hard knock,

he should have rode legacy tonight but he knows he'd be in a lot of pain, fingers crossed for

sunday    flaz the vid doesn't show the full impact,  even pat said that was

one the worst slams he'd seen,   still i know he will try it again soon

the one i done is smaller than that     but to be honest i watched jimwise go over it aout 6 mnths ago and when i thought about doing it, it turned my stomach    has bruce since done it ?

two bob told me technically its harder on a smaller ramp   

but its the bottle  init you gotta not be scared and you cant teach that

Im no expert  but yesterday i did start by just doing what he was doing but only putting 1 foot down  did that about 5 times a little bit faster each time  then nailed it  tell him to try 1 foot? might work worth a try

I will beat it one day.. it's mad I can quite happily ride into ramps bowl etc, but that bloody spine just freaks me out

I know you have to ride whats presented to you, but if you know of a wider spine than the one you usually ride, even if its higher, it will be less of a headfcuk.  Some of these pissy council park spines that are only 4-6ft wide are bloody horrible.....

i did the volcano at charlton a while back, but have been there about 5 or 6 times since and not really tried it again.  I did have a half hearted attempt last time, but bottled it.

i've been ill all week and itching to ride as it's been dry......grrrrrrr........ i think i'm better now, got a couple of days now to build up my strength for rom....... then ready for the volcano.....

luckily, the time i did it, superfly paul captured it on video i think....  but i'm sure it looks very sketchy....
