i hear rumours that epic on a sunday mornings is old farts central. i fancy a go before i get my shoulder cut open.. anyone know what the times are for morning session?

have a word with fuzzynod, stodgy, aerostylie or quadropenia. they seem to ride sundays on a fairly regular basis. i will be there when me backs ok, physio reckons about another 4-6 before stenuios activity.
