right just bought an old bike with a set of tuffs with it.
never seen the tyres before.
really good condition aswell.
no perishing or nothing.
excellent tread to.
look hardly use.
herd of comp 3 but these are new to me ?.

Them tyres is the Grail of most peeps colections.
I ran them for "ever" till I defected to Comp 3's
Nicest looking bike tyre, EVER.
Can't believe noone has done a repro. They would put Wilko's out of business.

this is what they were on though.
bought the tuffs first off ebay early cause they were in stoke not to far away.
and the fella mentioned that he still had his first old frame set in the garage and wanted ride of it.
this is what i found.

83 quad.
unstamped landing gear.
rickman freestyle bars.
tuf neck stem.
pair of dia compe mx1000 with tech 3's.
suntour seat clamp.
mks grafight x pedals.

wait for it.

lol he asked me £50 paul.
i thought i had £40 in my pocket left after buying the tuffs.
when i looked i'd forgot about putting a tenners worth of diesel in the van.
so he said go on then seeing as you had the wheels.
to make the best of it.
the wheels had been on ebay for 3 days without a bid lol.
