Help needed (which parts to use?)

I am gonna do a full resto of this:-


AND I need help with what parts are "ERA correct" (fookin hate that term  :LolLolLolLol: )
Parts I need help with are:-
what seat?
what pedals?
what grips?
what lever?
I think I have most other stuff covered its just those bits I am struggling with  :LolLolLolLol:

pedals=victor xc2 or odyssey vpx or turbo trap
grips=a'me rounds or tri or odi long necks or ati pistol grips or odyssey power paws
levers=dia comp 990 or 730 or mx88-99 -tech77

what chainring is that is it a imperial dont think they were around the ? ive got a 41 profile mid school would look good  :daumenhoch:

Parts I have so far:-
F&F/headset and seatpost
SE Roll Bars
DK xxl stem
Boss cranks with JAD bottom bracket
Tuf Neck 44t cross chainring
black/silver Izumi chain
Kovachi hubs on Sun Mistral rims
I am picking most of this stuff up of JJ later so will post a pic tonight so you get the idea?
Colour scheme will be black/chrome/polished alloy

Just had a squirt through BMX Plus Apr 92 and...

Pedals: You can go for readily available stuff like Sharkbites, Triple Traps, etc.
Seat: Odyssey Pro, Team, z77
Grips: A'me Round, Tri, ODI
Lever: DC MX-1 (if you're running a v-brake/canti) or Tech 77 if not.
