Redline 401 Flights.

I am right in thinking that Redline Flight cranks with the pinch bolt on the crank arms do not require a crank pull to be removed? From the look of the things (which i've never been lucky enough to actually see up close) the pinch can just be loosened to allow the crank arms to come of the spindle, hassle free. At the moment I use the Sugino CT-175 and am getting fed up with the crank arms attaching themselves to the spindle.

Lawrie ,

You are absolutely right , the crank arms come off with no problems. Some may have had problems but this may be down to bad maintenance , when I used them for racing they were kept in top condition. They were stripped and the looseball bottom bracket & splines re-greased on a regular basis , they ran SO smooth.

These are the same as the 401s`but with double pinch bolts.

These are cheaper and a bit more chunky, and they do come in chome too, but I just can`t find them.  ;)
I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,

the 180 Prolines are sweet. the chrome is nice and the single pinch is cool.
